Today, The Joint Secretary Dept. of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW) has told that matter for Disability pension is being pursued / followed up and expect the orders can be issued in this week. The delay has taken place to correct the mistake in DGL.

He also informed that case of increase in pension with increase in age which was not in orders has also been taken up. If sanctioned by The Defence Minister and Finance Minister this can also be a part of the above orders. This is being done to avoid the delay in the second part of this information.
