ESM RALLY 26 MAR 2017:CSD FOR DHARMAPURI

The application for a CSD at Dharmapuri is handed to GOC IN C ,Southern command by Gen Secy , ESSAATN. Thanks to Veteran Col BB Pandian and Team for the arranging the same. Further the matter was takenup with GOC Dhakshin Bharath HQ. Idea of asking NCC to run the CSD was not agreed .However We are hopefull of the positive answers.
